Delicious Steamed Sweet Potatoes With Barbecue Sauce
I just made these steamed sweet potatoes and then drizzled them in sunflower oil AFTER COOKING (nb!). Also I topped it with the Classic-Mild Table Sauce from Heirloom Market barbecue in Marietta, GA. Not necessarily the healthiest, homemade, DIY sauce, but it was what I had available on-hand. I also sprinkled Himalayan pink salt on top. They were so delicious that I didn't snap a photo of them until they were almost gone!
